Securely pass the measuring tape horizontally around the fullest, grandest portion of your chest, keeping it perfectly level parallel to the floor beneath your armpits. Do not hold your breath or restrict.
2. Shoulder Span
Relax your arms and posture. Trace horizontally from the outer edge tip of your left shoulder bone across the natural base neck curve directly to the opposite shoulder tip bone.
